Here's what you'll be doing: * Collaborating with diverse functions to align operational and financial plans with local market strategy. * Providing insightful analysis to translate consumer journey data into actionable financial plans. * Generating ad hoc analyses to support decision-making processes and optimize ROI. * Engaging with Business Solutions teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data modeling drivers. * Crafting presentations and reports to offer clear insights into business performance. * Assisting in pricing analysis and delivering recommendations to the management team. * Understanding the implications of regulatory measures on business performance. * Managing local data governance to ensure alignment with industry standards. About you: We're seeking a candidate who thrives in collaboration, possesses a curious mindset, and demonstrates strong analytical skills. Here's what we're looking for: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Planning / Strategy, preferably in FMCG or consumer business. * Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent report writing skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with PowerBI is advantageous. * Familiarity with income statement components and financial value flow. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
