In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of assigned projects within time, budget, and with a focus on quality and safety. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting projects and tenders for the System Design team, managing scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality requirements are met. * Being proactive and applying your project management and analytical skills. * Collaborating with other departments within the organization, representing your System Design team in project and tender meetings and discussions. * Participating in technical design reviews and technical problem-solving. * Responsible for the technical coordination of System Design deliveries as well as managing risks and identifying opportunities to reduce time and cost while ensuring quality requirements are met. Requirements: * You hold a master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical/mechanical/manufacturing engineering or material science. * Experience in research and development project/program management required. * Flexible leader who enjoys problem-solving and working in a structured way. * Enjoy working in diverse and multicultural teams and sharing experiences and knowledge, good communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated skills for attention to detail and passion for quality. * Strong expertise in data analysis/statistical methods and reliability engineering, Six-Sigma N Blackbelt is advantageous. * Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus. * Experience in leading audit and certification programs is an advantage.
