What you will do: - Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers within the Swedish market - Initiate conversations through personalized emails, calls, and social media interactions to create interest and curiosity - Qualify leads and gather valuable insights to understand their pain points, needs, and objectives - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and seamlessly transition leads into the sales funnel - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress using our CRM system - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and our product offerings to effectively articulate value propositions - Bring your experience, creative thinking, and strategies to advance our company’s values, culture, and vision for the future What we are looking for: - Proven experience in a BDR, sales, or customer-facing role within a SaaS or tech company. - Excellent written and verbal Swedish communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts concisely. - High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. - Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our solutions. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company’s growth. - A plus but not required: Business background from school - A plus but not required: Experience working within AP Automation or Purchase to Pay-process What we offer: - Competitive salary with performance-based bonus model - Sales training and development - Opportunity to work in a dynamic growth company - Talented colleagues ready to support the success in your career path - Opportunity to grow into an Account Executive - Social events with your team members (breakfast, afterwork etc.) - Hybrid working model and the flexibility to work three days from the office and two days remote - Come and enjoy our office in central location in Stockholm.
