In our international team, you’ll have the key responsibility to develop our company’s processes, create new ways of working, and maintain our business excellence across different verticals. - Location: Stockholm Responsibilities: Material compliance - Manage and implement Polarium material compliance policy - Consult with the legal department and advising leadership and management on material compliance matters. - Monitor and implement updates from regulatory requirements for example related to RoHS, REACH, EU Battery Regulation. - Develop and provide employee training on material compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems. - Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues, irregularities, and violations. - Building data and metrics to inform and support Sourcing in selection and procurement decisions. - Maintaining records of compliance reports and filings. - Communicating with government agencies. - Preparing and filing compliance reports.
