As a Qualitative Moderator, you will have the thrilling chance to lead focus groups, conduct interviews, and engage in online community research endeavors. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with project managers to deliver top-tier results for our esteemed clients. We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in communication, journalism, behavioral sciences, psychology, or a keen interest in market research.

Who are we seeking?

To thrive in this role, fluency in Norwegian and English is essential, along with exceptional communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and online meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams. Prior experience in group facilitation, interview conducting, and report writing is advantageous. Adaptability is crucial, as certain projects may necessitate evening or weekend availability, with potential travel to Norway for on-site assignments.
