Viospatia was founded in 2018 with the goal of giving manufacturers the capability to inspect 100% of production. In addition to internal R&D of our core product, we have on-going collaborative R&D projects with leading automotive manufacturers and universities in the Nordic region to further develop our offerings. We are now expanding and looking for more great people to join our journey. WHAT IS GOING ON RIGHT NOW? A spin-off from Luleå University of Technology-based and Vinnova-funded research projects, Viospatia is working with the commercial launch of our core products Viopro and Vioflex. Parallel to this, we have ongoing research projects with Stockholm University, Luleå Technical University, Chalmers University, Volvo Trucks and Gestamp, among others. Through these R&D projects we are continuously developing our current products and developing new technologies with big industrial players. At the end of 2023, we concluded our first sale to Volvo Cars. ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team to create leads and build our customer base. The role consists of all the things you are more than familiar with; managing RFQ’s, prospecting, approaching new customers both nationally and internationally, and drive the sales process all the way to a finalized agreement. You will work closely with the whole team, consisting of our CEO, Product Owner and talented engineers, to support the customer journey. Moreover, you will represent Viospatia at trade shows within Sweden as well as internationally, with travels at around 50-80 days per year. The start-up journey also means that you have the opportunity to shape the role depending on your previous skills and personal talents. Whilst we have offices in Luleå and Visby, this is a full-time position which can be based anywhere within Sweden. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking to complement the team with a seasoned sales professional who has at least 10 years’ experience working within B2B sales, or 5 years’ experience together with a relevant degree, such as within business management or industrial engineering. You know the intricacies of working with complex sales processes in large industries and have experience of selling hardware. It’s a plus if you have worked within or towards the automotive and/or manufacturing industry. Your extensive experience has built you to be a reliable and trustworthy partner for customers as well as colleagues. Establishing contacts and building relationships comes naturally to you, and helps you reach ambitious sales goals which you work hard to achieve. With your drive and commitment, you take responsibility for your work and independently drive your processes forward. At the same time, you are a true team player who use your communication skills to collaborate and manage expectations with both co-workers and customers. Finally, you have a “can do”-mindset which allows you to quickly adjust to changed circumstances and priorities, a trait very much needed in a dynamic start-up! A requirement for the position is that you have a driving license, and a plus if you have your own car. Good knowledge in English, both written and in speech, is a must.
