THE TEAM & ROLE DESCRIPTION The role places you in the payment team consisting of 4 highly experienced and skilled developers, where openness and everyone’s contributions and opinions are valued. You will participate in the entire development lifecycle of their payment platform, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance. Utilize your Java expertise to influence architectural decisions and understand their long-term implications. Along with this, you will collaborate on developing a robust, secure, and scalable payment platform, focusing exclusively on backend development. YOUR BACKGROUND We are looking for someone who easily engages with others and values working in a team to achieve common goals. Being super skilled as a developer is one thing, but you’re also humble and open to learning new things. Seen to the technical aspects, you have at least 3 years of experience as a Java developer with working experience from: - Modern Java and Spring Boot. - Kafka and PostgreSQL. - AWS or other cloud platforms. Additional skills that make you stand out from the crowd: - Knowledge of Open Banking and PSD2 regulations, reflecting an understanding of the latest standards in financial technology. - Prior experience in the payment processing domain.
