Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.

The value you bring as Senior Delivery Manager

As a Senior Delivery manager, you’ll work on cross-functional projects across the company and be responsible for a portfolio of applications and their lifecycle.

For this role, some of your main tasks will be:

• Leading discussions with procurement, security, IT and the business in order to understand and review new requests for technology.
• Manage the lifecycle of a portfolio of applications which will include business case, review processes, user management and end of life.
• Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to the problems.
• Take ownership of larger projects which require technical knowledge, budget responsibility and stakeholder management.
• Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others.
• Able to read situations and modify behavior to build qualitative, diverse relationships.
• Be an essential part of the team, in addition to its culture and ways of working.
• Support and mentor team members when needed.

What are we looking for in this position?

For this position we are looking for someone more experienced. You need to have worked with agile project management for some time and have experience in application development projects. You enjoy portfolio management and contributing to the improvement of large and small application life cycles. You also have an interest in understanding the regulatory landscape that we operate and translate this into requirements that need to be met by the technology introduced. We see it as meritorious if you are someone who takes pride in processes and provides insights on ways to better our ways of working.

• Stakeholder management
• Project management
• Process development
• Portfolio Life Cycle
• Strong communication skills
• Agile methodology experience

The position is located in Stockholm with start being as soon as possible per agreement.
