Click here (https://www.tietoevry.com/en/banking/). ABOUT THE ROLE Tietoevry Banking is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lending Enterprise Architect to join their team. As a Lending Enterprise Architect, you will play an important role in defining the technology roadmap for their Lending services and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to develop and implement scalable and innovative Lending architectures. Responsibilities include: - Define and develop end-to-end Lending architecture covering loan origination, servicing, and collection processes. - Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into architecture design. - Design and evaluate Lending systems, platforms, and technologies to ensure scalability, reliability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency. - Drive the adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the Lending domain to enhance efficiency and customer experience. - Conduct risk assessments and provide technical guidance and recommendations to mitigate risks. - Mentor and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, guiding them in implementing Lending solutions. - Stay up to date with industry trends, laws and regulations, and advancements in technology to drive innovation and enhance Lending services. - Participate in customer- and partner-meetings to present and explain architecture principles and design as well as interaction with solutions on customer-side. WHO ARE YOU? The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Lending processes, technology frameworks, and Enterprise Architecture principles. Previous experience from adopting Cloud technologies is a plus since Lending is embarking on a Cloud journey over the coming years. We also believe that you have/are: - Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or a similar role - In-depth knowledge of Lending processes, systems, and technologies, such as loan origination platforms, credit scoring, loan servicing, and collections. - Previous experience from designing and implementing enterprise-level Lending architecture. - Proficiency in utilizing Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and tools. - Solid understanding of relevant technologies and frameworks in the Lending domain, such as loan management systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and data analytics - Previous experience from adopting Cloud technologies - Fluent in writing and speaking English It is also beneficial if you have: - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Lending Professional, TOGAF) - Knowlegde of the Swedish language BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE: - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business needs and recommend suitable architectural solutions. - A robust business mindset and demonstrate a keen understanding of commercial dynamics, encompassing relationships, agreements and overall business acumen. ¨ WHAT TIETOEVERY WILL OFFER YOU: - An interesting journey preparing Tietoevry Banking for being carved out as a potential listed company in the coming years - Interesting and dynamic work environment - A team of great colleagues that constantly support each other - Professional and personal development opportunities - Competitive salary and benefits OTHER INFORMATION: Start: According to agreement Location: Stockholm, hybrid with 3 days per week in the office Employment: Fulltime This is a direct employment with Tietoevry but the recruitment process is handled by A-hub on request of Tietoevry, all questions regarding the position should therefore be sent to [email protected].
