We're supporting our client in their search for a Marketing Data Analyst to work with their marketing team. Your role involves analyzing data to support data-driven marketing strategies. You'll also improve data usage within the marketing team and oversee MarTech and attribution enhancements.
You'll translate your ideas into marketing initiatives for scalable growth, collaborating with both marketing and data/product colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze relevant metrics, including website traffic and campaign performance across multiple platforms and statistical data.
  • Proactively identify challenges and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide reporting support (Power BI) for various marketing initiatives, including affiliate, social, CRM, and PPC campaign performance, as well as A/B testing, with a strong focus on analytics and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish effective measurement and tracking practices to enhance performance understanding.
  • Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and digital marketing managers of varying seniority levels to implement a data strategy, expand data-driven marketing campaigns, and improve data literacy across the organization.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to address data issues and quality concerns.
  • Lead projects such as revenue attribution modeling, CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) analysis, and ROI assessment.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who:
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics.
  • Are knowledgeable about the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Social, and CRM, and are familiar with performance measurement metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPM, LTV, etc.
  • Have experience in working on attribution projects and CLV models.
  • Are skilled in tracking and measuring marketing channels, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Ads, CRM, and affiliate marketing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.).
  • Approach work methodically with great attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Possess strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
