They also offer you: - Be part of a culture where togetherness and world class are core values - Great career & development possibilities - Great car benefits About the role As an Account Manager you will play a key role in the organization’s growth strategy by focusing mainly on acquiring new customers as well as developing existing client relationships in the german speaking markets. Your main regions will be Germany and Austria, with possibilities to extend your area to countries such as Switzerland and the Czech Republic, depending on your ambitions and potential. The average sale cycles are 2 - 3 years, which means you are motivated by doing the right daily activities every day, and have an eye for finding the right projects instead of chasing small wins. The office is located in the Munich area, and you will be part of the European Sales Team and report to the European headquarters in Söderhamn, Sweden. You will work closely with colleagues in Europe, and sales support will be provided from both Sweden and the US. Together with the Vice Managing Director, you will agree upon the sales strategy and which accounts you will focus on. This role requires approximately 150 travelling days a year depending on the accounts you target, and you will plan your own time effectively. Do you tick any of these boxes? - You are motivated by working with a high potential market and excited about the possibilities - Developing new customer relationships give you energy - You are curious and solution-oriented when meeting potential customers - Your experience in the sawmill or forest indutry has given you a basic technical understanding of the industries and how your product portfolio & solutions will help your customers - Preferably, you have sales experience from the sawmill or forest industry - Experience from project sales or project management in an industrial environment - You have grit, patience, and are driven by working with sales processes that can take 2 - 3 years - Perhaps you have a technical degree or further studies in mechanics - You want to work, and be part of a team - Fluent German, professional level of English, and other language skills are beneficial and opens up your possibilities to work with new markets Your attitude and personality will be most important.
