Duration of the project approx. September/October 2024 - July/October 2025. Main tasks include: These responsibilities encompass ensuring safety, quality, efficient supervision, logistics coordination, accurate reporting and completion of required actions before leaving the site. • Comply fully with project HSE instructions. • Use correct personal protective equipment (PPE). • Ensure safe work practices without risks. • Report all incidents, near misses and HSE risks. • Make suggestions for improving HSE practices. • Familiarize with quality requirements in contracts. • Verify contractors follow plans and quality requirements. • Conduct spot-checks for visual quality and report deviations. • Ensure proper generation and collection of quality documentation. • Familiarize with erection instructions and schedules. • Evaluate and verify contractors' plans and schedules. • Supervise erection and installation work, ensuring adequacy of manpower and equipment. • Monitor schedule and progress, requesting recovery plans as needed. • Follow-up on material delivery schedules. • Coordinate material delivery. • Participate in material receiving inspections. • Report missing/damaged material deliveries. • Maintain a daily diary. • Review and verify contractors' progress reports. • Ensure contractors compile quality documentation and acceptance certificates. • Hand-over punch-lists to Area Site Manager. We expect: • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent extensive experience of construction site works and supervision. • 5-8 years in similar position (Site Supervisor on similar technology or process). • Good understanding of contractual issues. • Proficiency in piping prefabrication, welding, quality standards and equipment and piping alignment. • Experience in evaluating lifting plans and equipment alignment. • Familiarity with 3D engineering tools, Microsoft Office, site planning and reporting tools. • Knowledge of Safran and Omega Pims is viewed as a merit. • Proficiency in spoken and written English. • Swedish and other languages are viewed as a merit. • Ability to adapt and learn beyond own discipline.
