This position is designed for individuals at the entry level, and the company provides training for the role. The primary responsibility involves working diligently in a safe manner, adhering to all safety protocols, and posted requirements. As part of the production team, they will engage in essential tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of production and help maintain high 5S standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Assembling products or components on the production line.
• Performing quality checks on finished products.
• Record and log all production data, such as quantities produced and any deviation from quality standards correctly.
• Adapting to changes in production schedules or processes.
• Handling raw materials and ensuring they are properly stored.
• Moving materials to and from production areas.
• Report safety or product concerns immediately.
• Operate all standard equipment safely.
• Follow work guidelines, safety requirements and adhere to all company policies

Requirements

Qualifications and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Specific skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and production specifications accurately.
• Fluency in English
