About the Role As a Decision Analyst at Instabee, you will play a key role in helping us make informed and strategic decisions using data and analytics. You will work closely with stakeholders from different departments to identify business challenges, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations. As Instabee is a multinational company, you’ll be engaging with staff and partners in various locations and help us find solutions to different problems but also collect data to make the best decisions. Your Tasks Will Include Skillfully address and resolve complex, ambiguous problems by establishing clear structures and taking decisive action. Distill intricate data and information into concise, actionable takeaways and recommendations, employing both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Collaborate effectively within diverse teams to identify optimal solutions and mobilize individuals and organizations to take action. Articulate insights and complex topics to audiences of all levels, including senior and junior decision makers, in a structured and comprehensible manner. Work collaboratively with different departments to identify business challenges and data needs. Create customized tools to address specific process improvement requirements. You've been the crucial link between these two worlds, understanding how data and business collaborate to achieve success. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, finance, data science, computer science, or business administration. 2+ years of experience working with understanding, framing, solving and communicating complex business problems Proficient in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Python, or Excel. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
