As Lodge Managers your main responsibility is: To operate the lodge in a professional way with a high level of quality and service. Lead and motivate your team and always plan ahead to be on top of all questions. To increase sales on location, control costs and ensure that the overall staff planning is corresponding to occupancy rate.
