Job Description

The Executive Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Auri Studio’s growth by leveraging their knowledge and connections within the consulting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for forging new relationships and strengthening existing ones with companies across Europe, particularly in Sweden, to bring in consultancy work and contribute to the expansion of Auri Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients across Europe, focusing on Sweden.
• Drive business development and sales strategies to increase consultancy work for Auri Studio.
• Lead change management initiatives and adapt to shifting market trends to maintain competitiveness.
• Employ strategic thinking and foresight to identify and seize growth opportunities.
• Select, hire, and develop a competent team, providing ongoing feedback and encouraging professional growth.
• Manage financial aspects, including budget development, financial reporting, and cost-saving strategies.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, guiding and inspiring teams towards achieving organisational goals.
• Exhibit high emotional intelligence, managing your own emotions and those of others effectively.
• Display agility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.

Qualification

• Proven experience in executive management and sales, with a track record of successful business development.
• Strong relationship-building skills to forge and maintain connections with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the European, particularly Swedish, business environment and consulting industry.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to foresee challenges and develop innovative strategies.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial decision-making.
• High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize and manage relationships.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stress.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
