DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY We are DMC in Northern Europe. Our company takes care of clients who come to Scandinavia for their holidays. Currently we are looking for a seasonal guides in Stockholm from May until end of September with a possible for full year extension. Number of employees: 16 VACANCY DESCRIPTION We are always on the lookout for great guides and storytellers. Our guides showing our international guests Stockholm city and surrounding areas. Tours we organize are basic city tour, combination of a city tour and Drottningholm castle, bike tours, trips to Uppsala and Sigtuna, Rune Kingdom etc. Tours typically last from 3h until 8h. We do not require long lasting guiding experience as long as you are well prepared and organized. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Excellent knowledge of Stockholm city, local everyday life, Swedish history, eating habbits etc. You will need to be a certain type of person, confident in your own abilities and a good decision-maker. You will need to be calm, flexible, resourceful and organised and happy to work long hours. You'll need great people and leadership skills Punctual and responsible for any tasks he/she is involved. The job of a tour guide is exhausting but very rewarding and if you want to combine your love of travel and adventure with your great people skills, then this a career to consider Fluent in English.
