Our clients car is launched in several countries and consumers are able to access the car through several options, from buying, month-to-month contract, and sharing. The multiple market approach and the complexity of the automotive industry will mean a large volume of financial transactions that they need to manage from multiple European subsidiaries. As their current Assistant Treasurer will go on maternity leave in June they need a replacement consultant for minimum nine months. In the position you will have interactions with internal and external stakeholders in different markets across Europe. To be able to manage all these interactions in a structured way they a person with a structured mindset who loves to develop the business. Working closely with the Head of Treasury and the Treasury team, the Assistant Treasurer will support on a range of different treasury and cash management activities. Given that our client is growing at a pace they are looking for someone who is flexible, self-sufficient and able to deliver. Assignment description - Cash management and bank account reconciliation - Debt administration - Management presentation and KPI follow-up - Assisting with cashflow actualizing and forecasting, with reporting to internal and externat stakeholders - Coordinate KYC-requests from banks and other financial partners - Be an active part of credit negotiations with banks - Contact with local sales entities and our Engagement center agents - Creating the strategic direction for the Treasury department together with Head of Treasury and CFO - Optimization of treasury processes including Treasury management system support - General treasury support and ad-hoc-projects Requirements - Knowledge of operational treasury and/or finance work - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification - Professional-level language skills in English Personal attributes - Analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills - Strong presence & communication skills - both interpersonal & written - Proven team player with ability to work with all seniority levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative and fast-paced environment - Experienced Microsoft Excel user
