Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site support at start-up of new installations and other entire chain technical support for customers via email, phone, on-site communication and other channels, and carry out key performance indicators to drive quality and overall customer experience;
2. Assist engineers to make judgments on product pre-deployment requirements and, design deployment plans, and provide after-sales guidance and maintenance support for products;
3. Track support for customer test Demo deployment, etc., product function demonstration support;
4. Responsible for the collection of animal husbandry customers' needs and improvement suggestions, value transfer, and question answering;
5. For customer software and hardware technical problems and troubleshooting analysis, timely communicate with R&D and feedback to customers to ensure the normal operation of products;
6. Write and modify maintenance training materials, and deliver product skills training to sales, distributors, customers, etc.;
7. Responsible for the preparation of documents, technical solutions, configuration quotations and other materials for product requirements.
Job Requirements:
1. Have working experience in technical support and after-sales service, with the major in IEEE, automation control, or computer-related is preferred;
2. Excellent self-learning ability, familiar with automation equipment, robots, sensors, electrical automatic control and other technologies;
3. Good at analysis and summary, patient and meticulous personality, good customer service awareness, oriented by collective interests, and cooperative spirit;
4. Excellent communication and expression skills, self-confidence and proactive personality, fluent in English is necessary;
5. With high quality requirements for excellence, all outputs are strictly controlled.
6. Business travel across the countries is required, familiar with the cross-border culture.
