About the role As Enterprise Architect you will play an important role in the organization's digital transformation and optimization initiatives, ensuring that the company's information technology and business strategies are well-aligned. You will provide leadership in the development and implementation of the enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and governance, as well as guide the design and execution of technology projects across the organization. Your responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology innovation and digital transformation. - Ensure adherence to the enterprise architecture roadmap and facilitate its communication across the organization. - Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and processes. - Lead the enterprise architecture governance process, ensuring that all technology initiatives comply with established guidelines. - Provide guidance and direction to project teams in the design and implementation of technology solutions - Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies and platforms to support the organization's digital transformation initiatives - Monitor the implementation of technology projects and ensure their successful delivery. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels (also non-technical stakeholders). It is important that you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. You are self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on continuous improvement As major change initiatives are ongoing, it is important that you are flexible and like to be part of a fast-paced environment. You have: - Several years of experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise architecture, system integration and technology strategy - Experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) - Experience working with a variety of technology platforms and tools, including cloud services, data analytics, integration platforms and infrastructure management - Proven track record of successfully leading technology projects and initiatives - Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions. - Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and assess their potential impact on IT - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - Fluency in English - Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages Interested to learn more?
