We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team on our ambitious and exciting journey to digitize and shape the future of financing global trade.

As an QA Automation Engineer, you are responsible for developing, implementing and ensuring automation testing practices. You utilize your in-depth knowledge of testing technologies to develop the test framework to help building and maintaining automation set up.

To be successful in the role you can rapidly understand complex business concepts, workflows and involved risks in order to determine the required QA measures and testing approach.

You are a highly driven, self-motivated individual, that is a true team player and keen to learn and implement latest tools and technology. You are fun-loving, eager to learn, and you like to take responsibility for your own work as well as the company’s effort.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Hands-on design and development of highly scalable, robust and maintainable automated test solutions.
• Writing automated tests, using common test automation design patterns.
• Review automated feature testing and identify risks and gaps in coverage.
• Interacting with other teams for continuous improving end-to-end test coverage over the solution.
• Work together with experienced engineers in creating, and designing, our large, scalable systems.
• Influence processes and strategy decisions with your valuable inputs.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study.
• 5+ years extensive hands-on experience in developing test automation frameworks.
• Experience of Automation Test tooling and processes – such as Playwright, Typescript/JavaScript, Jest.
• Experience with any programming language.
• Experience with using GIT and Docker.
• Working knowledge of test management software and experience of configuring and supporting CI/CD pipeline.
• Ability to identify problems and drive improvements.
• Review automated feature testing and identify risks and gaps in coverage.
• Good to have experience with performance and load testing.
