The role of Senior IGA Architect As a Senior IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) Architect at Epical, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with a team of experts, using your knowledge to develop secure, efficient, and scalable IGA systems. You will be involved in many diverse projects where you will act in an advisory role toward our long-term Nordic customers. You will be the one to understand our customer’s needs and enterprise architecture. In addition, you will have a hands-on technical role in ensuring that our delivered solution meets the requirements. You will also participate in up-sell and bidding for tasks related to your special expertise and contribute to the development and growth of our Digital Identity key offering and services. Your contributions will be essential in protecting our clients' digital assets, ensuring compliance, and enhancing their overall security posture. Key responsibilities: - Design and implement identity and access management solutions for our long-term Nordic customers, tailored to their specific needs. - Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM systems. - Assess and define security policies, standards, and procedures related to IAM. - Provide subject matter expertise in identity and access management technologies. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues. - Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM. The role is a full-time position, and you can live anywhere in Sweden or in Finland as we work in a well-established hybrid setup, but we do have 10 centrally located offices in different cities across Sweden and Finland. Your qualifications You have previous experience (5+ years) working as an IAM/IGA Architect, and you are not afraid to take on different challenges. - Proven experience of the implementation process of Identity and Access Management Governance (IAM/IGA) solutions - Proven experience of working either with IAM/IGA solutions, such as Saviynt, SailPoint and/or NetIQ Identity Manager OR - You are skilled in Privileged Access Management (PAM) with experience of working with PAM solutions, such as SSH PrivX, CyberArk and/or Saviynt CPAM - Expertise within IAM topics related to both cloud and on-premises architecture - Experience in Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID - Excellent knowledge in process definition & design as well as requirements gathering - Fluency in English in both speech and writing Strongly merited skills - Certifications related to IAM/IGA and security standards - Experience of working within or with Nordic organizations - Fluency in Swedish or Finnish in both speaking and writing The ideal Senior IGA Architect possesses a unique blend of personal traits.
