As an Engineering Manager at Voyado you will be the closest manager for two or three specific teams and work closely with the tech leadership team to make sure we deliver both value and growth for our existing and future employees. The development teams working on Voyado Engage are located in four of our five offices (Stockholm, Norrköping, Linköping, and Åre) and consist of approximately 60 engineers who are organized into smaller sub-teams. Some examples of your daily work will be: - Building and managing your two-three teams of approximately 8-12 direct reporting skilled engineers through hiring, growing, and inspiring - Supporting and coaching your teams on the Empowered Teams journey we are on - Establishing, following up, and streamlining both current and new ways of working - Drive company culture and team activities that support the personal growth of both existing and new employees in the team - Coaching, performance reviews, and monthly 1-1 - Collaborate with other colleagues on projects related to the development of our organization What’s in it for you?
