Join us as a Senior Product Manager for Payments in our HQ, Stockholm. If you’re a product leader in the payments space, this role is for you. Job Summary This is an exciting opportunity to own our product payments strategy, working with internal and external partners to drive impactful initiatives that will benefit professional creators subscribed to Epidemic Sound across the world. You’ll be a key part of our Growth Domain, whose mission is to attract and retain enterprises, businesses and professional creators that are soundtracking content globally. You’ll report to the Product Lead in Growth and get to work with a super talented group of engineering, design, finance, marketing and commercial colleagues to drive change. This is a hands-on role, where you can make a significant impact. Responsibilities Guide and manage the product roadmap for global payments, working with engineering, design, commercial and other product colleagues to achieve our Domain and Company goals Define, analyze and monitor metrics related to payments success, and own initiatives to drive improvement. Work closely with Engineering and Design to plan, prioritize and execute on initiatives. Partner with our payment providers to optimize our performance globally Help develop processes, tooling and services to maintain and improve acquisition and churn. Work cross-functionally to make sure we are building the right things for customers and tracking success metrics. Requirements: You have 6+ years experience in product management, focusing on payments. You have strong subject matter experience (payments, subscriptions). You have a strong analytical mindset & approach, using data and research to prioritize your roadmap and processes. You have strong commercial awareness and business acumen. You have a proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced tech company. You have experience with agile development methodology. You’ll get bonus points for having a network in payments. You’re Fluent in English, verbal and written.
