We are an interactive online agency, delivering online services in consumer advertising, customer support, customer retention, and data analysis. As a VIP account manager, you will be:
Taking care of any means of VIP customer queries timely and accurately.
Monitoring the clients' performances and proactively targeting clients to increase performance.
Performing outbound sales calling to targeted groups of clients within their portfolio.
Monitoring day-to-day clients' activities and contacting them when needed to ensure they have a positive customer experience.
Going the extra mile to encourage customers.
Your background
High Fluency in Swedish and English
Have experience in sales and customer service
