Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to our client!
Background and description of assignment
- Be responsible to secure customer satisfaction for the Advanced Planning software offers CoroPlus Tool Path and CoroPlus Tool Library.
- Active support.
- Reach out to existing users, mostly trial users, and make sure that they are happy.
- Reactive support
- Assisting users that contacts us with everything from activating licenses to answer questions on data error or missing 3D models.
- When needed get help from Product/Development team
- Actively promoting the applications.
- Collect feedback from users and deliver that back to the development team
