We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to our client! 

Background and description of assignment 

  • Be responsible to secure customer satisfaction for the Advanced Planning software offers CoroPlus Tool Path and CoroPlus Tool Library.
  • Active support.
  • Reach out to existing users, mostly trial users, and make sure that they are happy.
  • Reactive support
  • Assisting users that contacts us with everything from activating licenses to answer questions on data error or missing 3D models.
  • When needed get help from Product/Development team
  • Actively promoting the applications.
  • Collect feedback from users and deliver that back to the development team
