Opportunity to drive global Talent Acquisition and Talent Development agenda As a key player in the green energy transition we are growing rapidly across the globe. Consequently we are currently looking to hire a another great HR colleague with strong capabilities within talent attraction and talent development. Sounds interesting?  Supporting leaders on attracting & developing our technical talents  In this role you will support our business line Technology in Sweden and Germany on a wide range of HR tasks at operational, tactical and strategic level. Strong focus will be on talent attraction, sourcing and partnering with academia and schools to brand and attract top technical talent to NKT. You will run high-profile recruitments from A-Z in close collaboration with our leaders including marketing and sourcing. In addition to above, the focus is on talent development to build skills for future needs including e.g. competency assessment, gap analysis and training.  As part of a global and dynamic HR community, you will work closely together with local HR and the Group HR team on the implementation of NKT’s people strategy which besides mentioned areas includes culture, diversity and inclusion, learning, succession planning, employer branding and much more. Your tasks will among others include: * Build and expand our candidate database by developing long term networking relationships with key resources to broaden talent pool. * Plan and secure presence at fairs, academia, technical universities, schools and liaise with relevant external partners at educational institutions.  * Support organisation on workforce planning both short and long term. * Together with leaders, outline and execute on people development strategy and plan across the business line.  * Design, build, coordinate, and deliver focused and engaging training/development, based on talent competency mapping and gap analysis -  and provide development needed for critical positions  Support and give sparring on regular HRBP topics such as PDPs, culture, employee engagement, succession planning etc.  The position will preferably be based in Västerås but other locations in Sweden can be discussed as well. The role reports directly to the VP of Group HR with a dotted line to EVP, Head of Technology.   Strong communicator & relationship builder! To thrive in this role you possess a positive, proactive and flexible mindset and through curiosity you will grow and develop together with us. You are highly self-driven, but understand and value good collaboration and strong team work. Building trust with your stakeholders by taking great responsibility for your tasks and executing multiple, diverse topics simultaneously is another key strength to succeed in this role. You have strong time management skills, setting appropriate goals and priorities, managing right level of details and plan work to meet deadlines. We are looking for a structured doer who will manage and deliver on both operational tasks and strategic tasks with the same drive and motivation.  Besides the above we believe the ideal candidate also have: * A university degree within HRM or similar * A couple of years of experience in a similar role with specialization within Talent Attraction & Talent Development, ideally from a global engineering company. * Demonstrated performance in talent attraction and talent development strategy, design and implementation. * Demonstrated experience in sourcing and headhunting via relevant sources, e.g. LinkedIn, universities/academia/schools, job fairs etc.  * Proficiency in English, verbally and written. * Strong HRIS knowledge What can we offer you?
