Job description Customer care & Sales support

You will take care of new bookings, requests and questions from our customers and key partners in Scandinavia. This involves handling our internal booking system, e-mails and phone calls from customers and partners before, during and after the stay in one of our many holiday homes.

You will also have daily contact with our Local Service Offices in our destinations, which means that you must have very good knowledge of English. As you will be communicating directly with our Scandinavian customers, it is important that you speak and write fluently in Swedish and preferably understand another Scandinavian language (Danish and/or Norwegian).

Customer service also involves giving advice on holiday destinations and sending offers to customers. Complaints happens from time to time and this is also handled by the local customer care department with support from your colleagues. You will be responsible for the translation of newsletters and descriptions into all 3 Scandinavian languages.

You will support your local Sales Manager whenever possible with account management and sales. That means taking care of our corporate partners, updating and promoting new Interhome campaigns - offers and newsletters through their channels, on a regular basis.

You will also ensure our travel agency partners know about the Interhome product and services, Train/instruct them on how to book and sell Interhome as a very good alternative to hotel accommodation.

Candidates should be disciplined and responsible with a passion for sales as well as having good customer service skills. An interest in travel and good geographical knowledge is desired.

Qualifications:

Required: Work experience: Working within customer service 1-2 years

Education: Secondary education/Gymnasium

Language: Swedish and English

Desired: Language: Norwegian and / or Danish
