CEVT is an innovation centre for the future cars of the Geely Group with the purpose of being at the forefront of new developments in the automotive industry. Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. One of Gothenburg’s most engaged HR teams are now looking for a HR IT Specialist. Your innovative and supporting team members have been longing for someone like you for a long time and are therefore very happy to soon have you onboard! Focus in your role will be to create value to HR and the rest of the organization by making sure that our HRIT system runs smoothly and that we use it in the best way possible. We are looking for you that knows how to move forward in a changing environment, and with your structured way of working you easily deliver in a situation-based way. We believe that you love structure and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Main focus in your role You will be making sure that our HR system, SAP SuccessFactors, provides our people with the best possible support and value in their work life. Leading HRIT projects within HR and act as the one point of contact in cross-functional projects will be part of your daily work. Tasks you will lead could be, but are not limited to, new releases, change projects and integrations with other systems. The responsibility to prioritize issues and improvements and coordinate ongoing tickets will be yours. You will also be managing permissions and hold the security admin responsibility for Successfactors environment. Key attributes and previous experience We want you to have experience of working in a live Successfactors production environment, with admin user experience in at least some SF modules, preferably EC. For you to be able to support us in an efficient way It’s important that you have at least a general understanding of HR systems and processes. You are a confident leader of HR IT projects, with good collaboration and planning skills. It’s a must that you are fluent in English, written and spoken.
