Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced HR IT Service Manager

What You Will Work On

• Act as the main IT contact and coordinator for HR-related IT matters
• Collect, structure and prioritize HR business requirements
• Manage and develop HR systems, integrations and related services
• Support incident management, changes and continuous improvements
• Coordinate vendors and external suppliers
• Manage and coordinate IT activities related to Workday implementation
• Coordinate Workday integrations and support transition from project to operations
• Support decommissioning of legacy systems and integrations after go-live
• Support HR-related aspects of the SiteVision intranet transformation
• Support configuration and development activities in Quinyx
• Handle escalated cases in Freshservice
• Maintain HR system documentation and architecture information in Confluence
• Develop and maintain SAD documentation for Workday
• Support demand management and establish operational forums
• Follow up budgets, invoices and financial activities
• Perform and follow up ITGC controls
• Work closely with HR specialists, super users, IT teams and suppliers
• Drive improvements in HR, IT, service management and system governance

What You Bring

• Documented experience as an IT Service Manager, Application Manager, System Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar
• Strong experience working between business and IT
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR Master Data
• Experience with HR systems and system management
• Experience with requirements gathering, prioritization and vendor management
• Strong understanding of integrations, incidents, changes and operational support
• Experience working with business stakeholders, IT teams, specialists and external suppliers
• Strong documentation, coordination and organizational skills
• Experience with Workday, particularly implementation, administration, integrations or vendor management
• Workday certification or equivalent experience
• Very good Swedish and English, both written and spoken
