You will take ownership of the full consultant engagement lifecycle in a complex organization where quality, speed, cost control, and compliance all matter. In this role, you work close to hiring stakeholders, suppliers, Procurement, and adjacent teams, giving you a central position in how consultant demand is shaped, sourced, and followed up.

You will review incoming needs, clarify scope and expectations, and challenge unclear requests to support better decisions from intake to offboarding. This role suits you if you enjoy combining structure, commercial judgement, and stakeholder dialogue in an environment with shifting priorities. • You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle for consultant engagements within assigned staff augmentation demand, including administration, traceability, and compliant handling in relevant systems.
• You will review intake submissions, clarify scope and requirements, and challenge unclear demand to support sound sourcing and engagement decisions.
• You will lead competitive sourcing through the preferred supplier network and handle exceptions with clear rationale and escalation when needed.
• You will brief suppliers, assess submissions, build shortlists, and provide structured feedback to improve quality, relevance, and speed over time.
• You will support consultant selection and fee alignment together with hiring stakeholders, while contributing to cost discipline through guidance and benchmarking where applicable.
• You will manage extensions, early terminations, offboarding, and compliance-related escalations.
• You will work closely with Procurement and adjacent teams to strengthen the preferred supplier model and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience in consultant acquisition, contingent workforce coordination, procurement-supported hiring, or a similar role involving supplier interaction, stakeholder management, and end-to-end process coordination in a complex environment.
• Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, procurement, operations, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to clarify demand, challenge unclear requirements, and support sound decisions without formal authority.
• Strong commercial awareness, structured judgement, and attention to detail, with the ability to balance cost, quality, speed, and compliance.
• Strong familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), KPI follow-up, and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively across different business functions and hiring stakeholders while maintaining delivery quality in an evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
