Role summary:

In this role you will lead the strategy, activation, and optimization of our digital marketing ecosystem across CRM, Paid Media, Retail Media, and Social Media.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive consumer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven marketing programs and omnichannel experiences. You will be responsible for shaping how our brands connect with consumers across the full customer journey, maximizing marketing effectiveness while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Working cross-functionally with Brand, Commercial, Consumer Experience, E-commerce, and Digital teams, you will transform insights into action, champion innovation, and continuously evolve our marketing capabilities through automation, personalization, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Main accountabilities:

• Shape and execute the digital marketing strategy across CRM, Paid Media, Retail Media, and Social Media.
• Drive consumer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty through best-in-class digital experiences.
• Lead marketing investments and performance optimization to maximize business impact and return on investment.
• Develop personalized consumer journeys using data, automation, and CRM innovation.
• Build engaging social media and content strategies that strengthen brand relevance and advocacy.
• Leverage insights, experimentation, and analytics to fuel continuous growth.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and champion digital marketing excellence across the organization.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, performance marketing, media management, or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading integrated CRM, Paid Media and Social Media strategies.
• Strong understanding of consumer lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Experience with digital analytics, attribution, performance measurement, and marketing investment optimization.
• Knowledge of marketing technologies, AI-enabled marketing solutions, and digital innovation practices.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities with experience coaching and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English, Nordic language skills are considered an advantage.
