About the RoleYou will join a cross-functional team that keeps test vehicles available, updated and fit for purpose throughout the development process.
The environment is hands-on and closely connected to automotive product development, where vehicle readiness, quality and fast problem solving make a real difference to ongoing tests and project deliveries.
In this role, you work across the vehicle life cycle, from preparation and rebuilds to troubleshooting, repairs and workshop support.
You will collaborate with users, development teams and suppliers to make sure vehicles are ready when needed and aligned with the latest project requests.

Job Description- You will prepare test vehicles before registration and handover to users.
- You will carry out rebuilds based on project requests and update vehicles according to changing needs.
- You will perform mechanical fault tracing, repair work and hardware updates through work orders.
- You will support de-prep activities at the end of the vehicle life cycle.
- You will handle tire work and wheel alignment as part of vehicle readiness.
- You will support product development by making sure test vehicles meet the intended test purpose.
- You will collaborate with suppliers and take part in expeditions when needed.
- You will help secure deliveries on time and with the right quality.
- You will contribute to the daily workshop operations and maintain good order according to 5S.
Requirements- Degree in car mechanics, or long practical work experience within the area.
- Good knowledge of complete vehicles, including HW/EV.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Driver's license B.
- Forklift license.
- Intermediate level in English, oral and written.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes at short notice.
- You are comfortable working closely with others, taking initiative and solving problems in a structured way.
Nice to have- Minimum 5 years' experience as a workshop technician for vehicles.
- Experience in electrical fault tracing using computer and relevant analysis tools.
- Certificate for HV-work (power up/power down).
- Certificate for hot work.
