You will work as an Account Executive, responsible for the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, with no responsibility for long-term account management.
You will hold online meetings with Swedish companies, build and manage your own sales pipeline, and book your own meetings while also working with leads provided. The sales cycle is typically around 20 days, targeting small and medium-sized businesses (4–600 employees), with an average deal size of around 18,000 SEK. You will be expected to close deals, reach performance targets, and generate revenue through your own pipeline. The role is highly performance-driven, with a strong focus on sales results and individual output.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales or telemarketing, preferably with full-cycle sales experience, and is confident, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
