You will take a key specialist role in strengthening quality across complex embedded software environments. The focus is not only on executing tests, but on building the strategy, structure and automation needed for long-term, scalable testing. You will work close to development teams, helping them improve software quality, streamline test processes and create reliable ways to validate functionality over time.

• You will develop and maintain test strategies for embedded software testing.
• You will define test scope, test plans and test cases based on requirements and risk.
• You will design and implement scalable automated test frameworks.
• You will build automated tests using Python and Robot Framework.
• You will perform software testing in embedded environments and support software validation.
• You will troubleshoot, investigate and analyze issues identified during testing.
• You will support CI/CD integration and continuous testing practices.
• You will drive improvements in test processes, automation and overall quality assurance.
• You will act as a specialist advisor to development teams on test architecture and automation strategy.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software testing.
• Strong experience in test strategy and test automation.
• Experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
• Experience with automated testing and development of test frameworks.
• Good understanding of embedded systems and software validation.
• Good knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.
• Experience working in Linux-based development and test environments.
• Experience working in agile environments.
