About the Role

As an Engagement Manager, you will make an impact by leading the end-to-end design and delivery of data products, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring data quality and availability across critical environments. In This Role, You Will

• Gather requirements and lead the development of new data products, ensuring alignment with both source systems and business needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, maintaining constant and transparent communication to ensure project success.
• Design and develop new objects in Snowflake, following best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Build and manage transformation models using DBT and orchestrate pipelines and models using Apache Airflow.
• Manage code movement across higher environments and ensure data availability in critical production and pre-production environments.
• Prepare source mapping documents for new objects and assist the team in resolving data issues in the data mart area.
• Own and maintain the DevOps board, managing stories, tasks, and sprint priorities to keep delivery on track.

What You Must Have to Be Considered

• Proven experience in a data engineering or delivery management role within a complex, enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake, DBT, and Apache Airflow.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, produce source mapping documentation, and translate business needs into technical data solutions.
• Experience managing code deployments and data availability across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of engaging senior client representatives.

These Will Help You Stand Out

• Background in data product development, including both source-aligned and business-aligned data product design.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management tooling for managing backlogs and sprint ceremonies.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery model within a large-scale data transformation program.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data marts, and modern data architecture patterns.
