You will help build and evolve scalable microservices in a modern engineering environment where quality, speed, and long-term maintainability all matter. • You will design, build, and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• You will lead end-to-end delivery across development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• You will collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to drive technical decisions and resolve risks.
• You will take ownership of complex services or domains with minimal guidance.
• You will mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
• You will make pragmatic architectural decisions that balance speed, quality, scalability, and business impact.

• 6–9+ years’ hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Solid background in microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD or continuous deployment.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or Cosmos DB.
• Good understanding of testing strategy, TDD, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technically complex areas.
