Orch’Idée is a newly launched floral and concept store located in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, inspired by tropical elegance, French atmosphere, orchids, exotic plants, flowers, and carefully curated decorative and gourmet items.

The project mixes influences from tropical floral culture, design, and French inspired aesthetics to create a warm, creative, and unique environment unlike a traditional flower shop in Sweden.

We are currently looking for a part time team member to grow with the company during its early stages.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys beautiful spaces, plants, flowers, interior decor, styling, and customer interaction. Previous florist experience is not required. Personality, motivation, reliability, and a natural sense of aesthetics are much more important to us.

Employment type: Hourly employment, part time

Workload:

Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week, depending on the needs of the shop

Start date: As soon as possible

Probation period:

6 months probation period with the possibility of a more stable long term position later
