About the Position

We are looking for dedicated production workers for our major client in Kävlinge, operating in the food industry. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the entire production process and develop your skills across different areas.

The role includes packaging and handling food products in a refrigerated warehouse (3–8°C / 37–46°F) and involves both day and evening shifts throughout the week. Therefore, flexibility and availability—including weekends—are essential. The work is physically demanding and suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, active environment.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, washing, and packing salads and vegetables

• Restocking goods

• Performing quality checks on products

• Sorting and basic cleaning

Profile & Background

We are looking for someone who is positive, curious, and flexible. As a consultant at Boxflow, it is important that you are adaptable and willing to step in where needed. The job may involve heavy lifting and a high work pace, so good physical fitness is required.

Previous experience in production is considered an advantage, but your attitude and willingness to perform are most important.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of English

• Valid driver’s license and access to a car

• Previous experience in production and warehouse work
