For an international company in the gaming industry, we are looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join their team. You will play a key role in strengthening digital presence, building brand awareness, and creating engaging content across platforms. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, drive social media and web initiatives, and contribute with both creativity and data driven insights. Purpose, Offer and Benefits

This is a consultancy assignment for approximately 4 months, with good opportunities for extension or permanent employment with the client. The assignment is hybrid with three days per week at the office and the remaining days remote. This is a role for someone who wants to combine creativity with strategic impact. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening the company’s digital presence and ensuring consistent, engaging communication across channels.

• plan and execute digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
• create visual content including graphics, photo, and video
• coordinate production of digital content for web and social platforms
• manage digital projects from concept to delivery
• develop and enhance the company’s online presence and brand awareness
• ensure a consistent tone of voice across digital channels
• create daily content for social media platforms such as Instagram
• collaborate with internal teams including operations, development, and product management
• propose and implement new ways to reach and engage target audiences
• monitor performance, KPIs, and ROI, and report insights to stakeholders

The Bigger Picture

The role is based in Malmö and is part of a corporate communications function. You will work closely with internal creative teams as well as other departments across the organization. The position offers a dynamic environment where communication, branding, and game development come together to create impactful and engaging experiences, with strong collaboration across teams.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone who thrives in an international environment and enjoys working across teams to make ideas happen. You have at least two years of experience in digital marketing and or communications, along with a relevant degree or equivalent experience. You are comfortable working with design and editing tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere, and have a solid understanding of web platforms and content management systems. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is important, as well as familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including paid campaigns.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. A genuine interest in gaming and the video game industry is essential for this role. As a person, you are a team player who is communicative, creative, humble and proactive. You take your own initiatives, manage multiple projects simultaneously and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
