About the AssignmentWe are looking for a Product Manager to lead product definition work in an automotive environment.
In this role, you will bring together inputs from multiple stakeholders to shape clear product concepts, ensure cross-domain alignment, and support decision-making for key milestones and business reviews.
Job Description- Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities across business, R&D, strategy, and design to deliver a unified Product Definition Report for each program
- Integrate market insights, user research, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility into product concept and positioning
- Ensure alignment across domains such as Smart Cockpit, ADAS, EE, AI, and Vehicle Architecture to secure coherent product direction and readiness
- Perform structured, data-driven analysis of customer needs, segment trends, and competitor strategies to guide product decisions
- Support portfolio and lifecycle strategy by coordinating feature definition, content selection, and profitability assessments
- Prepare proposals and documentation, and present material to management and steering groups for milestone approvals and business reviews
Requirements- Several years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Definition Lead within the automotive industry
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-domain teams and turn technical, market, and business inputs into a coherent product definition
- Strong understanding of product planning, including market analysis, benchmarking, and content-to-cost assessment
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and quantitative modelling for data-driven decision support
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Native-level Swedish and fluent English
