We are looking for a Legal Counsel to provide hands-on, business-oriented legal support across tendering and project execution within a transmission-focused environment. You will work closely with Sales, Project Management and Contract Management, contributing to compliant and profitable project delivery and helping manage legal risk throughout the lifecycle.

• Provide legal support in tendering, including drafting, negotiations and internal approvals aligned to applicable tender processes
• Support project execution in close cooperation with Sales, Project Management, Contract Management and the wider project team
• Attend and contribute to monthly project reviews
• Evaluate requests for tenders and provide input balancing legal, commercial and practical aspects, including risks and opportunities
• Support the project team (primarily contract manager, project manager and project procurement) in executing compliant and profitable projects
• Contribute to legal risk management activities
• Provide day-to-day legal counselling, e.g., procurement matters, NDAs, integrity and Code of Conduct topics
• Collaborate closely within the transmission legal team and with colleagues across Corporate Affairs

• 5–8 years of professional experience from a similar role and/or relevant experience from an established law firm
• At least 3 years’ experience in an in-house lawyer role within EPCI business
• Strong construction law background, including experience with FIDIC contracts and other contract forms used in the Nordic countries
• Business-minded, solutions-oriented and hands-on approach with an in-house legal mindset
• Ability to make swift assessments and prioritize effectively
• High integrity and a proactive way of working
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice and manage multiple parallel matters

• NSC 05 experience
