Network Specialist
This position is responsible for driving the rollout of new retailers and maintaining relationships with existing partners, including service-only partners without car sales.
The role focuses on proposing tailored solutions, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful implementation across the network.
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximize Lynk & Co sales and performance together with our partners.
What you'll do
- Support, monitor, and grow the retailer and service network to ensure sufficient capacity across Sales, Vehicle Operations & Aftersales business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and workshops through regular communication, meetings, and joint initiatives
- Represent retailer and service network interests in projects impacting retail operations and act as the main liaison with Lynk & Co
- Support business development by ensuring partnerships with Lynk & Co are sustainable and commercially attractive for retailers and service partners
- Coordinate with architects, business owners, and finance teams to ensure retail partners meet company standards and deliver an optimal customer experience
- Lead the onboarding of new retail partners, including training on policies, products, operational standards, and store processes
- Provide support for aftersales services, including warranty, returns, repairs, and customer service programs
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to align retail and aftersales strategies
- Share insights and recommendations with partners and internal stakeholders to support growth and customer satisfaction
What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a relevant field
- Experience in business development, aftersales, or retail network management within the automotive industry
- A strong understanding of the market's retailer operations, service business, and commercial business models
- Fluency in English and Swedish language
