We are looking for Grocery shift leader in a worldwide delivery company. In 2014 the company started with delivery of restaurant food. Now they’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find them in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world.

Who we are looking for:
Grocery shift leader
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficient operations and being the go-to person when the Store Manager isn’t present at the store
- Solving issues in which the team needs help
- Monitoring and managing workload, efficiency, office duties and well-being
- Collecting and forwarding feedback
- Proactively participating in developing store operations
Requirements:
- You have experience in leading a team, ideally as a shift lead in grocery stores or retail
- You have a full professional proficiency in English
- You'll need to have a transportation to commute during early morning and late evening hours
- You're flexible to work across all working hours, including weekends and public holidays
Your profile:
- You are proactive, service-minded and a fast learner and have the ability to multitask
What the employer offers:
- Part-time employment (22 hours per week)
