At Jönköping Dairy, we produce fresh milk, milk with extended shelf life, a lacto-free assortment, cream, and sour milk for customers all over Sweden. We are also expanding internationally, exporting Swedish milk to the Dutch, German, and UK markets.
How you will make an impact
As Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the reliability of plant, equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure optimum availability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. You will lead a skilled team in maintenance and engineering, working closely with Production, Quality, Safety, Logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure safe and stable operations. As part of the site leadership team, you will help secure our targets within health & safety, delivery reliability, quality, and financial performance. You will be a visible, approachable leader, fostering an inclusive, data-driven, and improvement-focused environment.
More specifically, you will
You will report directly to the Site Director and be part of a diverse site management team. This is a permanent position based at Jönköping Dairy.
What will make you successful
You have a university degree within food, engineering, or equivalent, and several years of leadership experience. You are confident in the disciplines of maintenance, reliability, or engineering and have a solid understanding of production and supply chain processes within a larger, international organization. Experience with CMMS-driven maintenance, data analytics, reliability-centered maintenance, and continuous improvement is essential. Documented experience with LEAN tools and Six Sigma methodology is highly valued and you are fluent in both English and Swedish.
