About the AssignmentWe are looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in mobile 5G networks to join a Digital Site Services team.
The team is responsible for delivering and operating a secure, robust digital infrastructure covering fixed and mobile networks (5G and WiFi) as well as datacentres that support site operations.
The environment is currently in a planning and deployment phase, where you will play a key role in driving delivery across multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
Job Description- Define and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and priorities to support successful execution.
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management.
- Plan and facilitate activities with external suppliers, serving as the coordinating interface across vendors and internal teams.
- Identify risks and dependencies, establish mitigation plans, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Set up and lead cross-functional project groups, ensuring ownership of deliveries and alignment to the agreed plan.
- Secure the right staffing and competence within project groups and drive productive ways of working throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote continuous improvement so solutions evolve with future needs.
- Drive project reporting, follow-up, and documentation.
Requirements- Several years of experience in project management within telecoms.
- Experience from radio access network deployments.
- Experience working with operational excellence and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of mobile networks, including radio access, core network, mobile devices, and communication services.
- Experience leading large deployment projects with complex timelines and changing priorities.
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project reporting and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have- Experience from IT projects in industrial environments.
