Join the Market Surveillance unit within Group Compliance, in this temporary position, where you'll contribute to critical compliance and market integrity functions.
Work with a dedicated team managing diverse responsibilities including trade surveillance, electronic communications monitoring, personal account dealing compliance, major holdings notifications, and regulatory reporting obligations.
Investigate suspected market abuse, monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and support the organisation's reporting obligations to relevant authorities.
Develop your expertise across multiple compliance areas whilst working with sophisticated surveillance systems and regulatory frameworks.
Play an important role in protecting market integrity and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across the Swedbank Group.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
Relevant work experience, preferably within compliance or other investigative functions in the financial service sector.
Basic understanding of financial markets, trading behaviours and market abuse.
Basic understanding of the compliance function and its role in supporting the organisation.
Ability to draw sound conclusions and express complex matters clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
High integrity with a collaborate mindset.
Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate self-leadership, including proactively solving problems and driving initiatives independently.
Strong skills in written as well as oral communication in both Swedish and English.
