This is a pivotal moment in SAS history and we’re looking for passionate, forward-thinking professionals to help shape what’s next!  Challenges you will work on: As Network Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving SAS’s strategic decisions by optimizing our route portfolio to meet the changing needs of our customers. Working closely with a highly collaborative team as well as internal and external stakeholders, you will help shape the future of SAS by developing and executing market strategies, analyzing route profitability, and identifying new business opportunities in the short-haul markets.  The Team: You will be part of a high-performing and diverse team composed of talented professionals from various backgrounds. We support each other and thrive on creating a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone can succeed.    To be successful, we believe you have: * University degree (Economics, Engineering, Logistics management or similar). * 3+ years of relevant work experience from the airline industry, management consulting, business development, or a similar role.  * Proven track record in business analysis, market research, and strategy development.   * Proactive and result oriented with significant drive for continuous improvement.   * A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization.   * Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively across the organization.  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).  Why SAS?   At SAS, we offer extensive opportunities for professional development in an international, fast-paced working environment.
