Role summary
As Manufacturing Internal Communications Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a communication strategy that strengthens engagement and understanding of our priorities, changes, and initiatives within manufacturing at our factory in Kungälv. You will be present on-site, actively engaging with employees on the shop floor and leadership teams to ensure communication flows effectively across all levels. The role also includes supporting visits, preparing presentations, and organizing internal events.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kungälv with some flexibility. You will report to the Open+ Activation Manager. We review applications on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the deadline. The deadline for applications is January 11th.
