LiveLofoten AS is a growing hotel and restaurant operation located in the heart of Lofoten. With an increasing number of bookings, we are now seeking reliable and experienced waiters/waitresses who want to become part of our professional team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a unique and scenic environment where the guest experience is always the top priority.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests through a professional and memorable dining experience
• Serve food and beverages during à la carte dinners, breakfast buffets, and our seafood safaris
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and good structure in the restaurant area
• Collaborate with the kitchen and reception to ensure an efficient and seamless service flow
• Assist in other areas of the operation when needed, such as the bar or housekeeping during high season

Qualifications

• Experience from similar work is an advantage
• Strong work ethic and good flexibility
• Confident in guest interaction and committed to high-quality service
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• References from previous employers are required
